Temenos Lifecycle Management Suite - Collection Product Guide
Dashboards Administration

Administrators can manage existing dashboards and create new ones from the Dashboards page.

Dashboards display information about queues, user performance, and applications. Dashboards are comprised of Web Parts that are predefined information boxes.

Views and Reports can be added to dashboards through the View Web Part and the Reporting Services Web Part.

When a user logs into the Lifecycle Management Suite, the Home Dashboard automatically displays. This is the first dashboard that appears in the alphabetical list of dashboards assigned to the user.

To access the Dashboard listing page click   in the Ribbon Bar.

Dashboard Attributes

All dashboards have common attributes that are defined when creating, copying, or editing a dashboard.

The General dashboard attributes include the basic information about the dashboard.

The following General attributes are defined in the General tab:

Attribute Description

In addition to these basic attributes, administrators are able to define the following parameters which identify how often the dashboard automatically refreshes:

Attribute Description
Enable Auto Refresh Select this check box to enable the automatic refresh functionality within the dashboard.
